Arctic

Sometimes you just need to go somewhere completely different. Going north of the Arctic Circle was one of those decisions. We wanted to see the northern lights, to feel the real cold, to experience a winter whiter than anywhere else. We weren’t disappointed.

 

That first journey, in February 2020, was unforgettable — silence, snow, and light unlike anything we had ever seen. It was clear we would come back. After two years of waiting, we returned in 2022, this time to Norway, ready to go further and explore deeper into the Arctic wilderness.

 

Since then, the North keeps calling. We’ve driven through frozen forests and along icy lakes, all the way through Finland to its northern border with Norway. The landscapes change, but the feeling remains — that mix of solitude, beauty, and calm that only the Arctic can offer.
